Andrew McLaughlin, Head of Communications and Group Chief Economist, RBS Andrew McLaughlin is has worked for the Royal Bank of Scotland in Edinburgh and London for 14 years.  He is now Group Director, Communications and Group Chief Economist for the Royal Bank of Scotland Group.

He is a member of the University of Nottingham Globalisation and Economic Policy Advisory Board, the UK Government's Business Forum on Tax Competitiveness and the Confederation of British Industry's Economic Affairs Committee
